While I carefully research all recommended accommodations and activities using trusted reviews and resources, I may not have personally experienced every option. My goal is always to curate thoughtful, well-informed suggestions to help you enjoy a seamless and memorable trip.

Dream
Complete this form so that we know your dream destination, wine preferences and travel budget. Help me to understand the basics of your trip and budget. I will respond with the total cost of my services within 24 hours (starting at $35 per travel day for up to 4 people).

Personal planning session
Book a 30 t0 45 minute planning session on Zoom to discuss your trip expectations and timeline. This will help me understand your preferences so that I can perfectly tailor your itinerary.

First Payment due
Pay 25% of the total cost of my services to create your tailored itinerary by e-transfer or square.

Get your itinerary
Receive your summarised trip itinerary within 2 weeks after I receive your deposit. Let me know if you are happy with your itinerary or if you would like me to make some changes. One revision is included in the total cost.

Final payment due
Pay the remaining 75% of the total cost of my services to create your tailored itinerary by e-transfer or square.

Book your trip
Within 24 hours of payment being received, receive your complete itinerary with booking details and links and go ahead with booking your dream wine vacation!
